New Support Portal – Now Available
In our continuing effort to provide the best possible support to our clients we have made the move to Zendesk as the software powering our support portal. Somethings that you will notice right away:
- A simple web interface for checking the status of tickets at anytime available at http://support.perceiva.com
- If you are a company admin, you can see all tickets associated with your organization
- You can continue to e-mail your requests to helpdesk@perceiva.com
